DESCRIPTION
Moving from surviving to thriving is not easy.
For some, this means a reclamation of their sensual & sexual relationships with self and others.
Guilt. Shame. Anger. Numbness. Overwhelm. Despair. For many, these are huge obstacles getting in the way of us connecting to body-based pleasure as well as connecting with others.
If you are ready to do this reclamation work- this gathering is for you!
This 2 part workshop consists of slideshow presentation, journaling, small & large group discussions, and participants will receive a detailed handout outlining the strategies discussed in the presentation.
*Folks will NOT be asked to disclose their experiences of trauma.
