FACILITATOR
Touk Keo (they/them) is from the Cambodian diaspora, non binary, queer and parent to Nayeli Nira Devi, 2 goats, 7 dystopian chickens, 2 cats, and 1 pup.
They have been a facilitator for over 15 years and a lot of their work centers liberation: Meditation for Black Lives, Red House Series, interviews with Portland Center Stage, Seeding Sovereignty, Corporeal Writing, and right forever: Radical Meditation for BIPOC.
Quick institutional background: Touk has their masters in counseling and education, undergrad in Gender Sexuality Studies and is a former sponsored skateboarder. When they founded the Radical Meditation for BIPOC over 5 years ago, it was a love letter to Nayeli and a reminder that imagination can create everything we could dream of.
Touk is facilitating this topic in response to not having found spaces that aligned with their experiences as a queer nonbinary parent.
And now as a parent, their dream is to lovingly disrupt problematic institutions and to support queer nonbinary trans parents.
