A 3 DAY ONLINE IMMERSION

Description: 
Day 1: Celebrating Resiliency and Community

• Focus: A dive into reproductive health history through the lens of cultural collaborations. 
• Activities: Journaling, meditation, slideshow & discussion, guided movement

Day 2: Guided Sacral Steam

• Focus: A guided Sacral Steam session (Sacral Steaming is a more inclusive way of describing what is commonly known as Vaginal Steaming)
• Activities: Journaling, meditation, slideshow & discussion, guided sacral steam session

Day 3: Cycles

• Focus: Unpacking Body Literacy; Phases of Menstrual Cycle
• Activities: Journaling, meditation, slideshow & discussion

Each participant will receive:

• A herb recipe for steaming
• PDF Tutorial on how to steam

About the Facilitator:
 Daniella was born and raised in San Francisco. She now lives with her partner and their son on land of the Ohlone Huichin peoples (Berkeley CA). For nearly a decade of holding space for families in the Bay Area, she has become known for weaving in her ancestral knowledge into all her offerings.

She has taught yoga and movement classes, guided families as a birth and postpartum doula, and now offers sacral steaming as a way to connect back to self.

The birth of her son and her mothering journey has connected her back to her wild and radical self. Her work and offerings are a culmination of the path her ancestors set forth, her desire for collective wellness, and passion of womb health and healing.
